How are credits calculated?
1 credit equals 1 minute of AI call time or 10 chat messages. SMS follow-ups cost 2 credits each. Credits never expire as long as your account is active.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Yes, unused credits from the current billing period can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our support team for assistance.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your AI agent will continue to operate but interactions will be limited. You'll receive email notifications at 20%, 10%, and 5% remaining credits.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Unused credits carry over.
Are there enterprise plans available?
